HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Varsity Spirit Choreography Staff is looking for great people to join our team for choreography camps. A fun and exciting position with a company whose mission is to elevate the student experience and create memorable experiences for young people.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Choreographerswill be expected to be successful teachers, mentors,choreographers,and teammates.
  • Choreographerswill be trained on teaching techniques, policies, and procedures.
  • Scheduled based on the need of events in your area.
  • Seasonal variable hour and/or part-time employee, working hours will be dependent on the event worked and the role assigned.
  • Choreographers will create and teach choreography tailored to team skill levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Experienced and skilled inchoreography instruction
  • Able to work independently and as a team, create effective solutions,demonstrate strong choreography design and on-site leadership skills
  • Ability to travel to trainings and camp locations and meet minimum requirements for availability during certain months.
  • Ability to work directly with athletes while standing and/or remaining on your feet for up to 6-8 hours per day.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks
