IT / EDI- NetSuite-EDI-commerce Lead
Location: Vernon CA (onsite)
Full time: Salary plus all benefits including 401K
Serve as primary contact for customer implementation. Capable of managing projects independently
Manage implementation tasks and coordinate activities with the customer, trading partners, and other implementation team members.
Capable of working on multiple projects with multiple clients and/or partners
Manages implementation tasks and coordinates activities with the customer, trading partners, SPS and other implementation team members.
Manages customer expectations and project scope.
Actively contacts and follows up with customers to drive continuous progress on the completion of their project.
Assists the customer with the EDI testing process, including analyzing test results and advising the customer on steps required to fulfill testing requirements.
Assists the customer with the integration testing process, including an understanding of basic integration functions and BSP mapping changes for assigned ERP packages – NetSuite and SPS Commerce Must
Assist the customer with the usage of the SPS Commerce software.
Handle more complex functions associated with the Integration to the SPS Commerce translator(s).
Identifies and communicates implementation issues and escalates to the appropriate parties.
Work cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Responsible for working with internal and external resources to drive the successful completion of a project.
Prioritize internal resources to meet customer expectations.
Education, Experience, and Skills:
Primary skills: NetSuite, EDI – 810, 855,856, SPS Commerce
Bachelor's Degree Required
3-5 years of experience managing project tasks and performing work on software implementations.
Proven ability to serve as primary contact for a new customer implementation that includes all phases of the project lifecycle: kickoff, configuration, testing, and production.
Experience in working with high volume customers and/or tasks with proven ability to keep organized and multi-task.
Proven analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Prior experience in training customers on application software including conducting training webinars or one-on-one customer training sessions.
Prior experience in configuring software applications, based on customer specifications
Prior experience in testing software, or working with customers on testing processes
Experience with Microsoft Office and Internet applications required
General understanding of B2B, commerce, electronic data interchange (EDI), and supply chain processes required
Experience with business systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
Prior experience with SPS Commerce EDI products and services in an implementation role; or equivalent experience with or another B2B or EDI provider is highly desired.
