Job Responsibilities:

Train and develop all team members
Follows food safety and sanitation guidelines
Have a working knowledge of Profit and Loss Statements
Manage inventory and complete weekly reporting
Deliver excellent guest service as you supervise the restaurant
Manage the opening and closing of the restaurant
Maintain product quality and accurate inventory
Follow cash handling procedures, ordering, invoice management, reporting and general security
Be comfortable sharing your knowledge about our ingredients, entrees and other menu items
Treat each guest like they are family and give them outstanding, friendly service
Develop a positive working relationship with team members, vendors and guests

Skills You Need for the Job:

2 year of previous restaurant experience, minimum of 2 years in a supervisory position
Previous experience in team management and guest relations
Experience in food preparation, cash handling, labor management, and inventory
Demonstrated and proven ability to train and motivate employees
Willingness to work varied hours and days, including nights, and weekends (if you're flexible...we're flexible)

Requirements

2+ years of restaurant management experience in a quick service, fast casual or casual dining environment
A valid state driver's license and occasional local travel required for training and meetings
A satisfactory background check required
Able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time, move/lift items some of which may be heavy up to 50lbs
Must maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
Must be at least 21+
