Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Travel to customer sites to perform preventive maintenance and emergency service
- Performs new machine installation, commissioning and customer training
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and communicate effectively with customers
- Ensures customer satisfaction through high quality service levels, prompt execution and customer follow up
- Acts in a professional, courteous and business-like manner to enhance the company in the market place.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- High School Diploma
A minimum of 5 years working with mechanical equipment - Extensive Travel, up to 75%
- Ability to work up to 12 hours at times
- Availability for occasional weekend work
- Understanding of Hand Tools and mechanical techniques
- Computer Literate
- Some technical writing skills
- Ability to read Schematics, Diagrams and Technical manuals
- Must be able to function well, in an unsupervised position
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be able to discuss technically complex issues with non-technical people
- Good organizational skills, particularly on site, are critical
- A minimum of a High School education is required
