The Role

Join our team delivering innovative reporting solutions within OSG Client Services. We partner with internal business units across Fidelity to provide actionable insights that support day-to-day operations and long-term strategies. In this role, you will translate business objectives into impactful reporting solutions, align with our data visualization strategy, and continuously improve processes to drive efficiency and value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transform business needs into clear, actionable reporting and data visualization solutions.

  • Lead or contribute to projects with broad scope and significant departmental impact.

  • Building and maintaining a strong network of colleagues across the Fidelity Enterprise.

  • Make informed decisions independently within a wide context.

  • Drive continuous improvement in team processes and reporting capabilities.

  • Demonstrate curiosity and a strong desire to understand systems and workflows.

  • Design, develop, and enhance SAP BusinessObjects Universe including object definitions, joins & contexts, calculated & derived elements

  • Apply advanced reporting logic using BusinessObjects & variables, SQL expressions & calculations

  • Approach challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Strong ability to interpret business requests and align them with available data.

  • Ability to design, build, and deploy new BusinessObjects reports

  • Experience partnering with technology teams to source and integrate new data.

  • 5+ years of business analysis experience.

  • Direct experience with Universe development

  • Demonstrated experience with SAP Business Objects, Tableau, Power BI, & Snowflake

  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal-with the ability to influence stakeholders.
