Job description

Job Title: 3rd Shift Production Worker (8-Hour Shift)
Location: East Mesa, AZ
Schedule: SUN-THU 9:30PM - 6:00AM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr


Job Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable 3rd Shift Production Worker to join our team in a government-regulated facility. This position involves the onloading and offloading of materials into machinery, monitoring the production process, and maintaining a high level of attention to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate must be comfortable standing for long periods and operating in a fast-paced, regulated environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Onload and offload materials into machinery as part of the production process
  • Operate equipment safely, following all government and company regulations
  • Monitor production lines and ensure efficient operation of machinery
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area, following safety protocols at all times
  • Communicate any operational or safety issues to the supervisor immediately
  • Assist with routine maintenance of production machinery as needed
  • Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8 hours per shift
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate machinery safely
  • Willingness to work in a highly regulated environment with strict safety standards
  • Pass a lifetime background check
  • Pass a drug screen including THC


Preferred:

  • Experience working in a government-regulated facility is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic machine operation and maintenance


Compensation:
$19.50 per hour with the potential for overtime. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
