Edley’s Bar-b-que is part of Edley’s Restaurant Group, owner and operator of Edley’s Bar-b-que, Pancho & Lefty’s Cantina, and Brown’s Diner.

Edley’s Bar-B-Que© opened in Nashville in 2011 and planted roots deep in Music City to become one of the most highly regarded bar-b-que spots in town, and the best leader for giving Nashville its very own style of BBQ—Nashville-style BBQ©.

Named for founder & CEO Will Newman’s grandfather, George Edley Newman, Jr., Edley’s Bar-B-Que is the embodiment of his legacy of hard work, hospitality, generosity, and a tribute to all things Southern. Edley’s does this through its soulful atmosphere, low and slow smoked-daily meats and made-in-house sides that are all anchored by one very important thing: community.

Growth & opportunity are on the menu.

We plan to grow 15-20% annually after 2022.

Edley’s has five locations one of which is franchised. Three additional company locations are scheduled to open in 2022 and we are actively offering new franchises.

Edley’s Bar-b-que has a full-service bar, featuring up to 24 local craft beers on tap and everyone’s favorite, the Bushwhacker.

A core part of the restaurant’s southern soul, the bartender will have a variety of duties, from making cocktails to pouring beer to taking food orders, all while engaging with guest. S/he is an ambassador for the Edley’s brand while working hard, responsibly serving guests, and having fun.

We currently have openings for excellent bartenders at our new Lenox Village restaurant.
