Network Switching(LAN Technology)
Essential Skills:
Good Experience firewall technologies such as PaloAlto, Panorama firewalls and Palo Alto global protect VPN installation, configuration and troubleshooting network connectivity.
L2 L3 Palo Alto firewall SME and support end-to-end configurations and troubleshooting.
Basic routing and switching fundamentals such as BGPOSPFEIGRPMPLS, Switching VLANS, STP, VTP.
Firewalls, Virtual Private Network (VPN), NAT, HA, APP-ID, User-ID, URL and Content filtering.
Role Description:
Maintain the clients security and networking devices and upgrade when necessary
Providing end-to-end support for other engineers on Palo Alto equipmentsoftware
Cross train in-house to share knowledge and share workload
Responsible of global protect VPN and troubleshooting
Responsible for vulnerability fix and patching
Live packet capture and troubleshooting report
