Responsibilities
- Perform general construction work and repair work.
- Multiple locations around town.
- Perform general plumbing, electrical, painting, welding, and heating and ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) repairs to the facility's equipment and system.Performs general cleaning tasks in the facilities.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills.
- Safety Compliance
- Have reliable truck or van.
- Troubleshooting
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
