Job Summary:

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for assisting with administrative and sales support tasks for the Membership Director(s), this position also provides support for the Club Manager and the club's executive offices as directed.

Day to Day:

• In the absence of the Membership Director, meet with prospects, obtain information, answer questions and give club tours
• Preparation of weekly sales and membership reports as required by the accounting department
• Update Member Pride with new member information as needed
• Assist in maintaining membership files according to policies and standards set by the Club - ensure the completion of all required forms for each file
• Assist in events and activities to attract prospective members and drive membership enrollment

About you:

• 2-3 years of office experience required
• Sales background preferred
• Highly motivated and takes the initiative, with a desire to grow into a sales position
• Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM/Salesforce, and Canva, and confident in the ability to work in multiple systems
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy, outgoing personality, team player
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
