MEDIA SPECIALIST LICENSURE
  • Candidates must hold or be eligible to hold a current license in Media (076).
  • Current, unrestricted licensed teachers are eligible for provisional Media area and will have five years to complete the master's level school Media license requirements.
  • Non-licensed, provisional licensure candidates are eligible based upon holding a Bachelor's degree in Media or 18 graduate semester hours applicable towards a School Media Coordinator program. The program must be completed within five years of the effective date of the license.
  • Eligibility for the provisional license must be established prior to a contract offer.
