SUMMARY
This position is an in-office position and is classified as a non-exempt (hourly) employee and will report to the Marketing Manager.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a data-driven Email Marketing Specialist who fits our collaborative company culture and can help scale our digital communication strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our email ecosystem for the Clear Touch, Clear Digital, and Next Hub brands. You will move beyond manual "blasts" to build a sophisticated automation engine that supports the entire customer lifecycle—from the moment a lead is captured to long-term product adoption. Utilizing Salesforce’s Marketing Cloud as your primary engine, you will ensure that our messaging is delivered to the right person at the perfect moment.
