Location: Truesdale, MO 63380
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 12-Hour Shifts
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $16.99 – $17.00/hour
Weekly Pay + Direct Deposit Available

Overview

Adept HR is currently hiring 15+ Machine Operators for a beverage production company located in Truesdale, MO. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Machine Operators will be responsible for operating and maintaining production and packaging equipment while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times.

This role follows a continental schedule, meaning employees will work alternating days with every other weekend required.

Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor beverage production and packaging machinery
  • Maintain smooth production flow and ensure product quality
  • Operate filling machines, labeling equipment, and assembly line machinery
  • Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy
  • Utilize measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  • Assist with fabrication and machine setup tasks as needed
  • Follow all company safety procedures and workplace regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

Must Have
  • Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts
  • Availability to work weekends, including every other Saturday and Sunday
  • Steel-toed work shoes or boots
  • Reliable transportation to Truesdale, MO
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Strong attention to detail and safety procedures

  • Experience operating manufacturing or production machinery
  • Familiarity with logic controllers
  • Experience using micrometers and calipers
  • Press brake machine experience
  • Basic programming or machine setup experience
  • Knowledge of assembly line operations
