Chick-fil-A Northlake Parkway has enjoyed serving others in the north Charlotte community since 2006. We seek to inspire genuine care among all team members and guests. Our business continues to grow thanks to our amazing guests and the effort of our team. As a result, we have several exciting positions available at this time.
At Chick-fil-A, working as part of our kitchen is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary.
Our kitchen team members work together to produce a crave-able product. They take pride in ensuring high standards as they make food safety and quality their top priorities. And they achieve excellent speed of service together, which gives us a reputation in the community of care and efficiency. We believe in creating a fun, encouraging, and high-performing atmosphere.
Full-time team members will generally work 5 days per week. Some team members prefer a specific day part as their normal shift, while others have a schedule that requires them to work some days, afternoons, and night shifts to get all of their hours. We are open to all of that. Some of our most common shifts are 6AM-2PM, 8AM-4PM, 11AM-8PM, and 2PM-10PM.

Closed Sundays
We take 1 day a week to show our team care and close on Sundays, giving you more time to rest and spend time with family and friends.
Pay Rate
Up to $15.50
Your pay rate increases incrementally with additional responsibilities or completing written growth steps. We also offer 401K matching for all full-time team members. We believe that all team members should be growing in their character and abilities. Our team members believe that everyone at every level should continually be growing. And we reward them as they do.
Flexible Hours
You probably have commitments to your family, friends, school, or sports teams. We will try to arrange your work schedule around them. Typical shifts are from 5:30AM -2:30 PM, 8AM-4PM, or 2PM-10PM up to five days per week.
