Location:Rockford, IL

Role Overview

Seeking a data-driven FP&A Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to support global financial planning, analysis, and strategic business initiatives for a growing, international organization. This is a newly created, high-visibility role focused enhancing financial insights, improving operational performance, and modernizing reporting capabilities.

The position offers strong exposure to systems implementation, global operations, and the opportunity to shape a stable FP&A function

In this role, you will:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting across a global business
  • Perform variance analysis, margin analysis, and KPI tracking with actionable insights
  • Analyze freight, logistics, and inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency
  • Support ERP implementation, including planning and reporting functionality
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, financial models, and data visualizations for leadership
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and accounting to drive business decisions
  • Evaluate global performance, including intercompany activity and FX impacts
  • Improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and data integrity across systems

Qualifications

  • 4-7+ years experience
  • Experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and technical skillset with the ability to work with large, complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required
  • Exposure to global operations, intercompany transactions, or FX is a plus
