Job description
As a Facilities Maintenance Associate, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of our buildings. This includes both interior and exterior maintenance, such as painting, power washing, and landscaping. You'll also provide essential support to skilled trades like carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. This position is crucial for ensuring our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, handling objects up to 50 lbs., and adhering to all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment. You'll work as part of a team and may be asked to assist with special projects, such as building renovations.

A high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
At least two years of direct experience in a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
Proficiency in using and caring for various tools, including corded and cordless power tools.
Experience operating one and two-person man lifts and scissor lifts.
Knowledge of heavy equipment operation.
Understanding of electrical Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
The ability to obtain and maintain a license from the appropriate gaming authority is required.
Perform general maintenance and repairs for facility buildings, including painting interiors, exteriors, and parking lot striping.
Assist with a wide range of trades, including carpentry, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
Conduct preventative maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment.
Maintain the property's appearance by performing landscaping duties like mowing and weeding.
Perform power washing for parking lots and assist with water softener maintenance.
Provide support during facility renovations.
Assist with environmental monitoring and safety procedures.
Escort vendors as needed.
