A respected nonprofit in Greater Hartford is hiring a Part-Time Education Manager to lead and grow middle and high school specialty programs that help students develop financial literacy, career readiness, and life skills.


What You’ll Do:

  • Implement and expand specialty programs across schools
  • Build and maintain relationships with educators, volunteers, and community partners
  • Manage program delivery for quality, consistency, and impact
  • Track outcomes and maintain data and program records


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in nonprofit programming or K–12 education with program management
  • Volunteer or stakeholder engagement experience
