Quality Assurance Engineer

Capio Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with detailed knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance services.

Scope Of Work:

The Quality Assurance Engineer will support the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a business computing platform that will provide a centralized facility for stakeholders to access, submit required information, make compliance fee payments, view transaction history, validate certification status, and oversee vehicle/ fleet status. Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Participate in training and onboarding activities as directed including:
  • Becoming familiar with the product vision, product roadmap, architecture, release strategy, environment, etc.
  • Beginning the designated planning activities.
  • Signing all applicable use and confidentiality statements.
  • Completing all of the recommended security programs and standards training, when applicable, and as determined by the Contract Manager.
• Prepare all deliverables, where applicable, in accordance with the applicable business and information technology documentation standards and requirements, including format and content utilizing the approved current versions of Word, Excel, PDF or PowerPoint.
• Store all work products and deliverables on an internal document repository (e.g., SharePoint) in a format compatible with internal document standards. The most current version of all work products and deliverables shall be continuously available for staff to review at all times.
• Be part of a multi-functional team, including internal and external resources, and collaborate with other internal and external contractors and staff as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum three (3) years FTE experience working as quality assurance tester.
2. Minimum three (3) years FTE experience performing system testing for web applications in an Agile environment.
3. Minimum three (3) years Experience applying QA and QM methods, techniques, and tools.
4. Minimum three (3) years Experience developing test plans, test cases and scenarios.
5. Minimum one (1) year Experience testing cloud hosted applications in Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CD) environment.
6. Minimum one (1) year Experience with test automation.
7. Minimum one (1) year Experience with Interface testing.
8. Minimum one (1) year Experience with Agile project management and defect tracking tools like (JIRA, Azure Boards etc.)
9. Minimum two (2) years Experience handling PII data in web applications.
10. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Documented five (5) years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree

Desirable Qualifications:

1. Minimum Five (5) years of FTE experience working as quality assurance tester on project(s) that are similar in scope and size to this solicitation.
2. Minimum Five (5) years of experience developing test plans, test cases and scenarios.
