Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer – Amazon Connect IVR Automation to lead testing and automation efforts for a cloud-based contact center platform built on Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IVR testing, Cyara automation, Amazon Connect contact flows, Node.js automation frameworks, AWS integrations, and REST API testing.

This role will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases across multiple environments.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design and execute comprehensive QA strategies for Amazon Connect solutions.
  • Build and maintain IVR automation suites using Cyara.
  • Develop and enhance Node.js automation frameworks.
  • Validate Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, prompts, Lambda integrations, and Lex bots.
  • Test customer authentication, transfers, callbacks, and self-service workflows.
  • Validate REST APIs and backend integrations.
  • Execute smoke, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Analyze defects and collaborate with development teams.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Improve automation coverage and release quality.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Software QA experience.
  • 3+ years of IVR or Contact Center testing.
  • Hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
  • Strong Cyara automation expertise.
  • Node.js automation framework development.
  • REST API testing experience using Postman.
