We participate in E-Verify / Participamos en E-Verify The Repair & Maintenance Staff, aka Building Maintenance Team Member, will perform daily and emergency repair and preventative maintenance of facilitiesand equipment at a variety of assigned restaurant and/or office locations Essential Functions Perform daily and emergency repairand general maintenance (including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing,grease removal, cleaning and minor electrical work) of facilities and equipment(including but not limited to hot equipment, refrigeration units, compressors,fans, coils, various small parts, burners, pilots, handles, etc.) at assignedrestaurant and/or office locations and make related purchases Load, unload, deliver, and collect avariety of products and supplies between a variety of locations in a safe,professional, efficient and timely manner Provide, maintain and safely drivepersonal automobile for business purposes Provide proof of insurance indicating coveragethat is Company-approved, in employee's name, does not exclude businesspurposes and no less than state-mandated limits Accurately account for and submitexpense reports for all work mileage, purchases and other expenses Followlocal and state driving laws and road regulations and best practices forsafety, both on and off the road Immediatelyreport any personal or motor vehicle accidents, injuries or parking/movingviolations to supervisors Performemergency repair and maintenance outside of business hours Maintainavailability to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including occasionalearly mornings, late nights, overnight, weekends Safelyand effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment (includingbut not limited to thermometers and ladders for overhead work) Abilityto effectively communicate in order to comprehend and perform/follow jobrequirements in spoken direction Abilityto multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment Workin a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels Ableto move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds,and occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 pounds Abilityto sit, stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas ofthe restaurant, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces KeyResponsibilities and Duties Perform occasional miscellaneous cleaningprojects (including but not limited to window washing, upholstery cleaning,etc.) as directed Complywith all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions ofemployment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook Get along well with others and be a teamplayer Other duties will be assigned as needed
