Job Description:

• Provide technical product expertise to customer and internal team
• Perform proactive maintenance and support on cloud infrastructure
• Install, configure and maintain IBM FileNet and other ECM software
• Perform system administration & maintenance procedures on customer systems
• Investigate & troubleshoot customer ECM systems to resolve functional, operational, or performance issues.
• Provide technical hands-on assistance to the team members on projects
• Mentor clients in the administrative and operational components of FileNet and other ECM solutions
• Research and evaluate alternative technical solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution
• Provide support to executive management in the cultivation and architecting of new offerings
• Capacity to think creatively to provide solutions to various challenges and problems as they present themselves
• Proven capacity to excel in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, team environment
• Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
• Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills; detail-oriented, highly motivated and self-starter skills
• Maintain product certifications on all required product components

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
• 3 to 5 years technical working experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience installing, configuring, administrating, and maintaining ECM systems
• Solid working knowledge of IBM FileNet P8 architecture
• Hands on experience with IBM FileNet P8 core components (Content Navigator, Content Manager, Business Process Manager, and Workplace)
• IBM FileNet P8 Technical Support certifications desired
• Experience with Datacap or other capture solutions is a plus
• IBM Cognos knowledge is a plus – not required
• Solid working experience with various application servers (WebSphere, WebLogic, and/or JBoss)
• Solid working experience with various database serves (Oracle, SQL, and/or DB2)
• Solid working experience with various operating systems and server technologies
• Experience with Cloud service providers such as AWS or Azure
• Ability to understand business requirements, articulate process and technical requirements
• Strong customer facing and communication skills
• Demonstrate a mastery of broad technical knowledge, with emphasis on IBM FileNet architecture and other ECM components

Preferred qualifications:

• Software-as-a-service (SAAS) and/or Cloud industry
• WebSphere certification
• AWS Certification
• SQL Server Certification
