What does a Filenet Analyst do?

A Filenet Analyst specializes in managing, configuring, and supporting IBM FileNet, which is an enterprise content management (ECM) platform. Their responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing workflow solutions, maintaining the FileNet system, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data security. They often collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to optimize document management processes and integrate FileNet with other business applications. Filenet Analysts also provide technical support, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth operation of the platform.
