Job Summary:
MDAEdge is seeking an experienced IBM Content Manager / FileNet Developer with strong expertise in content management solutions and a solid background in the insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with document production applications and a deep understanding of the insurance industry's documentation requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level solutions using IBM Content Manager and FileNet.
• Work closely with business analysts and insurance domain experts to gather requirements and implement document workflows.
• Develop and enhance Document Production applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing FileNet-based solutions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational and industry best practices in document management and security.
• Participate in code reviews, system testing, and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience with IBM Content Manager and FileNet P8 platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Document Production applications.
• Proven experience in the Insurance domain, particularly with document workflows and processing.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred:
• Prior experience integrating FileNet with other enterprise applications.
• Exposure to document scanning, imaging, and archival processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
