Job Location: Chesterfield, MO Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Should be well versed with production support process including incident management, change management, etc.
  • Triage production issues, implement bug fixes and handle day to day operations
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fix/resolutions
  • Perform on-call support on a rotation basis

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge and experience on Dot Net programming language with IBM Datacap technologies including Datacap Rule Runner, Datacap Navigator, Datacap Studio, Custom Actions, API, Microservices.
  • Experience in developing custom actions in IBM Datacap using C# to perform validations using specific regular expressions.
  • Ability to quickly grasp and understand complex business process related to the receipt, manipulation, processing, and storage of inbound documentation
  • Proficient in applying Dot Net technical skills with Datacap knowledge to create and communicate technical implementation plans.
  • Experience with Datacap integrations like Datacap Navigator, FileNet etc.
  • Healthcare claims / medical management knowledge will be an added advantage.
