Role: Technical Test Lead - Performance Testing & Engineering with Jmeter
Duration: Full Time
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in test strategy and test Design
Experience with Communications domain.
At least 4 years of experience in test execution analysis & reporting.
Expert in using JMeter 2.8 and above versions for complex front end,middleware and backened applications
Expertize in developing Work Load Patterns, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them
Interact with subject matter experts, developers, integration staff, environment staff, systems analysts, E2E designers, components designers and business and systems analysts while doing performance impact analysis
Understanding of the application, identifying key business processes in the application, preparing the load scenarios and participate in test execution
Resolving outstanding test data setup issues and queries for performance testing monitoring and analysis
Own the change control (including impact analysis) process for all scripts
Prioritize and plan validation of non-functional production issues based on criticality assigned by Program team and client
Prepare Performance Test Report and share with all the stakeholders
Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc.
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Analytical skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
