Summary
The Aristocrat Future Leader (AFL) program gives recent college graduates a rotational experience through a variety of major commercial departments including technology, finance, operations, marketing, and general business. Each graduate spends approximately eight months in each department for an immersive educational experience. The full-time rotational program offers new grads a robust training program to begin their career in the digital gaming industry.

What You'll Do
- An AFL rotation encompasses multiple 8-week sessions placing the AFL into various departments within the Americas that best match their educational background, skillset, and career goals
- Aristocrat Future Leaders develop their skill sets in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals, developing both general business acumen and specific skills, preparing them for a leadership role in the organization
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduates of a Bachelors or Masters program in an applicable major including: Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance / Accounting, Marketing, Business, Human Resources or Operations
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA cumulative
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills in area of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Interest in gaming industry
