Description
The Line Cook is responsible for executing all kitchen operations, ensuring that the restaurant and company standards of quality and service are met. They are also in charge of developing quality products through consistent execution of all menu items and line products. The Line Cook prepares and plates all dishes according to set company standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years operations experience
• Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs multiple times throughout a shift
• Comfortable working frequently in a hot and damp environment
• Ability to use hands 100% of the time
• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours)
• Must be able to hear well over loud background noise
• Must be able to pass any safety and sanitation validation and/or testing
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
• Willing and able to comply with our dress code due to our open kitchen setting
