Title: Sales Consultant
Reports to: Store Sales Manager
Classification: Hourly / Non-Exempt

Our Sales Consultants use their keen ability to listen to customer challenges and their extensive foodservice knowledge to provide excellent solutions. Sales Consultants are our go-to-people for everything from selecting the right glassware to what is the right combination for dishes & utensils. Sales Consultants thrive on achieving sales goals and desire to surpass customer expectations.

What You Will Do

1. Provide customers with in-depth knowledge of foodservice supplies, in-stock equipment, furniture, and tabletop merchandise, and their applications.

2. Provide customers with quotes for special order products in a timely manner.

3. Use a Customer Relationship Management tool to keep track of leads and sales calls.

4. Develop strong working relationships with existing customer and seek opportunities to build new ones.

5. Set & meet company sales quotas.

6. Stay up-to-date on current foodservice trends & technology by engaging with foodservice professionals, manufacturers, media sources, & industry trade shows.

7. Provide cursory knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire & health regulations as they pertain to connecting foodservice equipment.

What You Will Need

· Excellent customer service skills, time management, organization skills

· Pass a pre-employment physical & drug screen

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Five years of sales experience within the industry or equivalent

· Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours daily

· Ability to lift & lower boxes up 50lbs daily

· Ability to operate a computer up to four hours at a time

ServSafe Certification is preferred, but no required. Proficiency is Auto Quotes and HubSpot are also preferred. Please check the attached job description for more details.
