Service Advisor
- $50,000 to $70,000 Yearly (plus commission)

Responsibilities:
-Growing department profitability while managing operating expenses
-Leading a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving difficult customer issues expeditiously
-Building a culture where people love to come to work
-Compliance with all government regulations.
-Maintaining safe working environment.
-Achieving target sales objectives and promoting sales growth
-Directing day to day activity for department team members
-Collaboration with multiple departments required (Parts, Rental/Leasing, Sales.)
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Minimum two years of experience as shop leader and three years as a technician and/or equivalent experience in a related industry.
-Possess strong managerial and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
-Must be committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
-Must have enthusiasm for training and motivating department team members and lead career development. •Strong work ethic and drive to achieve goals
-Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
