Medical Device Assembler (Cleanroom) Compensation $23.00 per hour paid biweekly (W2) Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment 401(k) with company match available after 1 year of service (on eligibility dates) Medical Device Assembler (Cleanroom) Highlights Contract assignment with potential to be extended and/or hired permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Schedule: 40 hours per week Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Work setting: On-site in a certified cleanroom/lab environment Interview process: Video or in-person Medical Device Assembler (Cleanroom) Responsibilities Assemble medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Accurately complete Device History Records (DHR) and other required manufacturing documentation Utilize small hand tools and/or precision devices to support manufacturing processes Enter batch/manufacturing information into a database Communicate effectively and positively with team members in a fast-paced environment Assist with process projects and qualifications as needed Perform manufacturing operations with a high level of quality and minimal errors Medical Device Assembler (Cleanroom) Requirements High School Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days Basic math and English skills (written and verbal) Basic computer/software skills (Microsoft Word/Excel, email/IM) Ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands regularly to manipulate tools/materials (cleanroom environment) Medical Device Assembler (Cleanroom) Preferred Qualifications Prior cleanroom assembly experience Experience in manufacturing processes such as (examples): Pad Printing, Heat Bonding, UV Curing, Laser Welding, Catheter Inspection, RF Welding, HLH, Vacuum Lamination, Balloon Blowing, Catheter Annealing, PVA Spraying, Split Die Lamination, Dip Coating Soft skills: team player, flexible, consistent If you think this Medical Device Assembler (Cleanroom) position is a good fit for you, please apply to this posting!
