POSITION: IT Delivery Consultant / Portfolio Delivery Lead
Must be an expert in Healthcare - claims and Medicare and/or Medicaid project
Experience in Blue's or Cigna or United and others
This position is responsible for driving project delivery execution through effective facilitation of requirement analysis, architecture development, business analysis, business process solutioning, and logical design; optimizing delivery of all programs and project by ensuring coordination with various downstream teams; overseeing monitoring of key performance indicators for all projects and enhancements, facilitating delivery status transparency to business stakeholders; overseeing tracking, managing, and reporting on portfolio status against action items, milestones, critical path/dependencies, issues, risks, value delivery, and mitigation strategies for transform, grow, and sustain workloads.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs.
• Manage coordination and communication between business, EPMO and Technology groups throughout delivery
• Initiate and coordinate project solutioning efforts through business process analysis and business analysis
• Ensure program and project performance metrics are met to delivery key business values

• Experience executing end-to-end Technology delivery across functions

You won't have direct reports but need to make sure others get their job done: within Government Portfolio and other IT groups, this includes Testing, Development, Architecture, BA, UAT, SME's
