We are looking for an experienced and reliable concierge to join our company. The concierge is a key part of making the stay or travel of our guests memorable, so our concierge must be friendly and knowledgeable about our organization.
Concierge Duties and Responsibilities
- Attentively communicating with our guests
- Attending to the wants and needs of our guests
- Communicating with guests and others over the phone, the internet, and in-person
- Providing information about the facilities and the surrounding areas, such as the best possible routes from one point to another, whether by taxi, foot, private vehicle, or public transportation
- Booking guests for different events, making reservations or helping them purchase tickets
- Making appointments or creating guest itineraries
Concierge Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree or certificate in hospitality management
- Other certificate programs, such as management communication, tourism marketing, travel planning, tourism marketing, or hospitality IT
- Preliminary training program
- Previous guest services experience
