We should probably talk.Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to help keep our vacation rental properties running like they should.You'll handle general repairs, inspections, troubleshooting, hot tubs, appliances, plumbing, Wi-Fi, minor HVAC issues, and the occasional "how did they even break that?" situation.We're looking for someone dependable, experienced, comfortable with tools, and able to work independently. Minimum 2 years maintenance experience, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and weekend/holiday availability required.Have HVAC experience? Even better. Tell us about it - we'll make it worth your while to join us.Full-time W-2 position with company vehicle, tools and phone.
