  • You will thrive here if you are someone who:
  • Thinks beyond the numbers and brings a strategic lens to financial decision-making
  • Partners closely with account and client leadership to drive smarter, more profitable growth
  • Takes ownership of P&L performance across multiple accounts or a business portfolio
  • Is energized by a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
  • Brings a strong sense of accountability, curiosity, and drive to continuously improve
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience within Business Management, Project Management, or Client Finance
  • Proven experience supporting or leading financial management across multiple clients or a portfolio of business
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and profitability analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with account/client services teams and influence senior stakeholders - Experience working within healthcare or pharma advertising is strongly preferred
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving agency environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendationsย
