Position Responsibilities:

Conduct research on market conditions in local, regional and national areas, and gather information to determine potential sales of Samsung's product or service and run marketing campaigns for B2B audience. Leverage E2E Data & Analytics Operating Models, A/B Testing, Segmentation, Attribution Analysis (e.g., enterprise data management, reporting automation/simplification, data science, next generation analytics technology/ platform) to imbibe a data driven culture. Collaborate and commercialize Samsung Customer Data Platform (CDP) stack to create insight-led integrated marketing communications strategies to drive efficient new customer acquisition to ensure Samsung meets its budget goals. Gather information on competitors pricing, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting demand. Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies. Drive end-to-end ideation, optimization, execution and reporting/score carding of B2B Ecommerce operations and create voice of customer scorecards and metrics. Build innovative campaign management processes and deploy latest tools and technologies to create awareness and sales for Samsung products. Work in close collaboration with presales team and delivery teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services fully meet customer's business and technology needs. Partner with fulfilment, trade-in, warehouse teams to deliver Samsung products to B2B Customers on time and with great customer experience. Articulate company's vision, value proposition, core competencies, and support agreements, for customers/clients. Act as a liaison between sales team, management team and customers for systematic and procedural implementation of new opportunities and new acquisitions. Develop project business plans to identify, track, report and resolve the critical dependency issues.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field and six years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Must have six years of experience in the following skills: (1) experience in enterprise data management and analytics including reporting automation, and advance reporting for performing data science analytics using reporting tools including Tableau, Eloqua, Excel, or Power BI; (2) using analytical skills and experience with Customer Data Platforms led Demand Generation; (3) performing market research for developing business models to monitor and report competitive business initiatives and activities to the management on regular basis; (4) project management skills, with ability to track and manage simultaneous projects and deliverables; (5) analyzing sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for pricing plan/strategies and promotional offers; and (6) creating reporting and strategic recommendations for management based on category performance and analytics. Must have four years of experience in the following skills: (7) performing project financial reporting and Linked campaign management; (8) managing product assortment by identifying which products to introduce or discontinue based on performance analysis; (9) planning and executing category-specific promotions by integrating insights from Eloqua campaign performance, customer segmentation, and product analytics to boost conversion and drive revenue; and (10) performing Google Analytics to design targeted, automated campaigns based on user behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle stage. Domestic and/or international travel required up to 25%.

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours/week. Salary Range: $164,000/year to $174,000/year
