Position Overview:

Our division is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Management Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on Reporting and Communications. The creation, management, and delivery of presentations that inform strategic decision-making at the executive level, including reporting to the Board of Directors. The position requires exceptional analytical capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize information into clear, actionable insights. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for various communications activities across SFA and must demonstrate flexibility to adapt to new responsibilities.

Your Impact:
  • Synthesize and present on relevant information to support decision-making and drive strategy, including creating succinct and visually impactful briefing materials for executive presentations
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand reporting needs and strategic priorities
  • Identify continuous process improvements while ensuring execution in a well-documented & controlled environment
  • Assist team members in areas related to business management, including, budget, risk and controls, and resource reporting
  • Execute comprehensive communication strategies to effectively convey key messages, aligned with organizational goals and objectives; Additionally, handle logistics to ensure seamless coordination
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to take on new responsibilities as required by the business
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of related experience with College Degree or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity
  • Strong reporting experience coupled with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of mortgage business
  • Confidence in advising colleagues and processing feedback from senior management and diverse audiences
  • Highly proficient with creating PowerPoint presentations with ability to create materials for an executive audience internally and externally, must have a strong attention to detail

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $119,000 - $179,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.Employment Type: FULL_TIME
