Job description

Join our team in a fast-paced plastic manufacturing facility where you’ll play a key role in supporting production operations. As a Machine Operator Assistant, you’ll be responsible for packaging products, reworking nonconforming items, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package Work in Process (WIP) and finished products from RTF and/or printing lines according to work instructions and customer specifications
  • Operate the scoring machine
  • Identify and report non-conforming products during packing
  • Rework nonconforming products following documented procedures
  • Maintain food safety standards throughout production
  • Perform duties in accordance with plant safety policies and procedures
  • Stand on concrete for 12-hour shifts
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Climb steps periodically throughout the day
  • Work in a heated environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to follow safety and food safety protocols
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
