Job description

WorkSource is seeking to fill several positions for Fulfillment Specialists for a client in the Fayetteville area.

Pay $14/hr

Schedule :

8am - 4:30pm Monday - Wednesday

Thursday 8am - 3:30pm

Friday 8am - 5:30pm (Currently will not work Fridays, but occasionally will)

Overview of Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist with picking, shipping, batching, restocking, etc. as order flow dictates

Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse

Develop a deep understanding in all the work involved within shipping

Work at a healthy pace that allows us to be on top of orders coming in

Engage positively with other members of the team

Offer slight corrections to team members not following processes or best practices

Suggest and help implement improvements to our current operations

Operate a computer proficiently

Job Requirements: Hire must be able to…

Stay on feet all day

Lift 30-40 lb boxes multiple times a day

Push pallets 500+ lbs

Learn tools and become proficient with Warehouse Management Systems

Position Overview:

The Production Fulfillment Associate will help turn customer orders into finished products. This includes preparing machine files using Photoshop, operating a laser engraver, inspecting finished products, and packing orders for shipment. During slower production periods, this person will also assist with simple reporting tasks, product listing improvements, and other business support projects. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being part of a small business where every person makes a real impact.
