What You'll Do
As a Charge Nurse, you'll help ensure our residents receive exceptional, person-centered care by:
  • Providing direct nursing care and supervising your assigned team.
  • Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes with physicians and families.
  • Completing accurate documentation and maintaining continuity of care.
  • Responding to resident needs and emergencies with confidence and compassion.

  • Long-term care experience preferred (6+ months).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
  • A compassionate caregiver who enjoys working with older adults.
Why WhiteStone?
We believe great care begins with a great workplace. That's why we're committed to creating an environment where employees feel respected, supported, and appreciated.
When you join WhiteStone, you'll enjoy:
  • A welcoming, team-oriented culture.
  • Meaningful relationships with residents and coworkers.
  • Opportunities to grow professionally.
  • A mission-driven organization with over 100 years of caring for our community.
  • New 12-hour shifts beginning August 1 for improved work-life balance.

If you're ready to make a difference while building a rewarding nursing career, we'd love to welcome you to the WhiteStone family.
