About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Workplace Strategy Consultant within the Workplace Strategy & Experience team, part of the Workplace Design & Experience function in the Corporate Properties Group (CPG).

This senior individual contributor role is focused on delivering researchdriven workplace strategy, translating data, insights, and business needs into clear, actionable recommendations that inform strategic planning and master planning efforts across a complex workplace portfolio. The role emphasizes analysis, insight generation, and decision support, ensuring strategies are grounded in evidence and aligned to enterprise priorities.

The position plays a critical role in connecting projectlevel findings to portfoliolevel implications, including alignment with capital planning processes and longterm investment priorities. The role regularly develops executiveready materials and strategy frameworks to support governance and senior leadership decisionmaking.

This position operates with a high degree of autonomy, leveraging structured problem solving, data analysis, and research methodologies to inform decisions. The role partners closely with stakeholders across Workplace Design & Experience, CPG, Finance, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between strategy, capital investment, and execution.

This job is also known internally as a Lead Business Execution Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead workplace research and analysis, including occupancy, utilization, employee experience, and business requirements
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Support strategic planning and master planning efforts across multiple markets, business lines, and asset types
  • Apply consistent strategy methodologies while tailoring recommendations to specific building types, geographies, and use cases
  • Translate projectlevel findings into portfoliolevel insights and implications, including alignment to capital planning priorities
  • Develop strategy frameworks, scenario analyses, and tradeoff evaluations to support enterprise decisionmaking
  • Partner with Finance and crossfunctional stakeholders to assess financial impacts and investment considerations
  • Produce executiveready presentations, narratives, and materials for senior leadership and governance forums
  • Translate complex data and research into clear, concise narratives for executive audiences
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and interdependencies, and incorporate them into recommendation development
  • Support development and evolution of workplace strategy frameworks, standards, and knowledge repositories
  • Facilitate alignment across stakeholders by coordinating inputs and ensuring consistency in strategy and messaging
  • Support governance processes by providing structured insights and clear recommendation pathways

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Strategic Planning, Workplace Strategy, Corporate Real Estate, Research & Analysis, or Program Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualification:

  • Experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, or workplace experience programs
  • Demonstrated experience conducting research and data analysis to inform strategy and decisionmaking
  • Strong business and financial acumen with exposure to capital planning or investment analysis
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, master planning, or portfolio strategy initiatives
  • Familiarity with workplace research methodologies, benchmarking, and employee feedback analysis
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis for executive reporting and insights generation
  • Experience developing executivelevel presentations, communications, and decisionsupport materials
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through insights and structured recommendations
  • Experience supporting governance forums and enterprise decisionmaking processes

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
