Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Certified Diverse Supplier and an Award-Winning Global Software Consultancy founded in 2007. They are seeking a Workfront Administrator to manage and maintain the Workfront platform, ensuring efficiency and maximizing its features, while also creating reports and dashboards to support project management activities.
Responsibilities:
• As a Workfront Administrator, you will manage and maintain the Workfront platform to ensure that we are maximizing efficiency and leveraging the features and benefits the Workfront platform provides.
• Configure Workfront objects (custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, scorecards, expense types, risk types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc.)
• Create reports and dashboards within the Workfront tool that users and managers can utilize to drive effectiveness within their teams
• Perform user profile management and optimization
• Troubleshoot technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinate with Workfront technical support when necessary
• Communicate with stakeholders on project development and management activities, create small projects, routinely follow-up on status, and support task assignments
• Evaluate existing project templates in use for process improvement and workflow streamlining
Qualifications:
Required:
• You have experience with Workfront administration
• You are flexible and willing to perform all tasks necessary, from configuring Workfront objects to creating reports and dashboards
• You have experience evaluating Workfront project templates in use for process improvements and workflow streamlining
• You have experience troubleshooting technical Workfront issues and bugs and coordinating with Workfront technical support when necessary
