Adobe Workfront Administrator With FUSION Experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Adobe Workfront Administrator with FUSION experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Adobe Workfront environment, integrating it with other systems using Adobe FUSION, and ensuring seamless project management workflows. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Adobe Workfront platform, including user management, permissions, and system configurations.
  • Develop and implement workflows, templates, and custom reports to support work management processes.
  • Integrate Adobe Workfront with other systems and applications using Adobe FUSION.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Adobe Workfront and FUSION integrations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Adobe Workfront.
  • Collaborate with project managers, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Adobe Workfront and FUSION features and best practices.
  • Interface with the client key-contact to identify business problems and opportunities to enhance the Adobe Workfront platform.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Digital Marketing and/or Finance or Banking sectors
  • Verifiable experience as an Adobe Workfront Administrator
  • Strong experience using Adobe FUSION and its integration capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
  • Experience using Adobe Workfront & FUSION with Adobe Admin Console and without it. Bonus points if you are experienced with helping a client migrate to the Adobe Admin console.
