What is the opportunity?

Strategic problem solver who proactively identifies, develops, and implements ways to improve key marketing operations, processes, workflows, and systems to enhance overall departmental efficiency and effectiveness, as well as improve the customer experience and accelerate our business

What are the primary responsibilities?

  • Workfront Administration & Governance: Serve as the primary administrator for Adobe Workfront, maintaining platform configuration, governance standards, security, releases, and overall platform health.
  • Platform Configuration & Automation: Configure and enhance Workfront, build and maintain Fusion automations, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through workflow automation.
  • System Support & Integrations: Troubleshoot system issues, support integrations with related marketing technologies, and partner with Web Development and vendors to resolve technical challenges.
  • User Enablement: Provide user support, onboarding, training, documentation, office hours, and best practice guidance to drive platform adoption.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to evaluate business processes, implement approved enhancements, and document workflows that improve operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and operational metrics that provide visibility into work management, platform adoption, and governance.
  • Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Test new configurations and releases, evaluate new platform capabilities, and recommend enhancements that support Marketing Operations priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field

3–5 years administering Adobe Workfront

Experience building and maintaining Workfront Fusion automations

Experience working with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation

Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow design

Experience developing reports and dashboards

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience delivering user training and supporting enterprise software users

  • Preferred:
    • Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification
    • Experience with Sitecore Content Hub
    • Experience with CMS platforms
    • Experience working with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions
    • Experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, or similar integration technologies
    • SQL or reporting experience
    • Experience supporting AI-powered workflow automation
