Location: Russell-Knox Building (RKB) - Quantico, VA
Required Clearance: Active Top Secret
Certifications: Security+ CE or higher (for example, CASP+ CE or CISSP)
Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
Required Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Hyland OnBase System Administrator, including application-level workflow support, patching, configuration, and sustainment.

Position Description

Ailani Wind Joint Venture is seeking an Intermediate Automation / DevSecOps Engineer to administer and sustain the Hyland OnBase application hosted in Cloud One AWS GovCloud. Support is focused on application-level workflows, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and sustainment rather than administration of the underlying cloud infrastructure.
This position applies strong knowledge of OnBase administration, virtualized computing, commercial cloud hosting, secure application operations, automation, and formal configuration and change management within the Cloud One environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
   Administer, configure, monitor, and sustain the Hyland OnBase application within Cloud One AWS GovCloud.
   Configure and support OnBase application-level workflows, queues, forms, document types, business rules, security roles, and related components.
   Plan, test, coordinate, implement, and document approved OnBase patches, updates, hotfixes, and application configuration changes.
   Monitor OnBase application services, workflows, integrations, scheduled processes, logs, availability, and performance.
   Troubleshoot OnBase application, workflow, access, integration, configuration, patching, and performance issues and document corrective actions.
   Coordinate with Cloud One platform, database, network, cybersecurity, and service desk teams when an application issue involves underlying hosting services.
   Support application account, role, permission, and least-privilege access administration in accordance with approved procedures.
   Implement and validate applicable STIG, FIPS, secure-configuration, vulnerability-remediation, and Zero Trust requirements at the application layer.
   Use approved scripts, automation, source-control, and DevSecOps practices to make application deployment and sustainment repeatable and auditable.
   Support application backup, restoration, recovery testing, release validation, user acceptance testing, and continuity activities.
   Maintain OnBase architecture, configuration, workflow, interface, patch, test, runbook, inventory, and change-management documentation.
Required Qualifications

   Hands-on experience administering Hyland OnBase applications, workflows, services, configurations, access controls, patches, and upgrades.
   Strong knowledge and understanding of virtualized computing and commercial cloud hosting environments.
   Working knowledge of Cloud One AWS GovCloud and the operational dependencies of an application hosted within that environment.
   Knowledge of secure application configuration, STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, FIPS, Zero Trust, and controlled patching practices.
   Ability to troubleshoot complex OnBase workflow, service, integration, access, configuration, and performance issues.
   Ability to automate repeatable application tasks, maintain accurate technical documentation, and operate within formal configuration- and change-management processes.
Desired Qualifications
   Hyland OnBase System Administrator or comparable Hyland certification.
   Experience supporting OnBase applications in Cloud One AWS GovCloud or another restricted Federal cloud environment.
   Experience with OnBase database dependencies, enterprise integrations, workflow design, and release testing.
   Experience with scripting, source control, automated testing, CI/CD, or DevSecOps practices supporting application administration.
   Experience supporting DAF or AFOSI mission applications and users.

Salary Range

$80K-$110k
