Job description

System Engineer Job Description: • Develop and maintain Titus/Fortra data classification policies, ensuring accurate metadata tagging, attribute assignment, and permission enforcement across email and document workflows. • Build and modify Varonis/Fortra DLP and data governance policies, automating sensitive-data discovery, access monitoring, and attribute-based controls across file shares. • Engineer the integration of Titus/Fortra DCS within CCV/LCV (Canonical Controlled Vocabulary and Local Controlled Vocabulary) architectures to standardize sensitivity labeling, enforce attribute-based permissions, and ensure partner compatibility. • Automate ingestion and visualization of Titus, Varonis, Virtru, and CCV/LCV logs in Elastic, producing real time dashboards that highlight anomalies, policy violations, and sensitive-data movement Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Seven (7) years of experience as a System Engineer supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Five (5) years of additional system engineering experience may be substituted in place of the degree. Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 This represents the typical salary range for this position, but is not guaranteed. Salary is based on experience, location, and contractual requirements which could fall outside of the range listed.
