Job Summary:
Applied Network Solutions, Inc. is a company focused on networking and cybersecurity solutions. They are seeking a TS/SCI Polygraph cleared System Administrator to plan, analyze, design, develop, test, secure, integrate, implement, operate, and maintain custom solutions primarily in cloud environments, particularly AWS.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administration and support for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Authorities and manage Windows 10/11 client systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot various Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, AmazonLinux 2023) within AWS.
• Deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premises server infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and maintain automation scripts and configurations using SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and deployment processes.
Qualifications:
Required:
• AWS cloud resources, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other core services.
• SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python
• Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, Amazon Linux 2023) within AWS.
• Provide administration and support for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 environments, including Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Authorities and manage Windows 10/11 client systems.
• Administer and troubleshoot various Linux distributions (e.g., RHEL8/9, AmazonLinux 2023) within AWS.
• Deploy, and maintain robust cloud environments, primarily within AWS, while also supporting existing on-premises server infrastructure.
• Develop, implement and maintain automation scripts and configurations using SaltStack, Ansible, Bash and Python to streamline infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and deployment processes
• Ten (10) years' experience as a System Administrator
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Five (5) years of additional related experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• IAT I or II Certification
