Job description

Title: Adobe Workfront Product Manager

Location: Remote Role
NOTE:
** Prior experience at Adobe is highly preferred**
Work Management Product Manager.
Adobe requires Consultant to provide Work Management Product Manager personnel to support Workfront & CX Enterprise Coworker (the “Project”).
Consultant will provide personnel to perform the activities listed herein as prioritized by Adobe as part of working with customers to understand business problems, recommend improvements to current processes, translate functional and non-functional requirements, and design solutions (“Services”):
• Continue CAB (Customer Advisory Board) approach, meeting cadence, structure & content. Seek feedback on existing Workfront, WF MCP and CX Coworker use cases and any new or emerging work management needs, understanding and synthesizing these needs of customers.
• Identify use cases for new product capabilities related to work management and:
-advocate with product teams as to why they should be incorporated into solutions (value)
-make business case for capabilities which could be developed within DEX to meet customer needs across our Enterprise, and why.
• Consult with customers of Workfront, WF MCP, CX Coworker and other Adobe evolving work management solutions to identify needs, prioritize and manage the backlog of work, define solution requirements, develop agreed workflows, and enable users.
•Partner with technical team and customer partners to drive the rollout of new product capabilities, including testing, implementation, and roll-out.
o This will typically involve taking the lead on testing of early access or beta features, and
o driving beta testing with customers and providing feedback to product teams for action
• Serve as one of the Workfront system admins, which could include building objects, submission of support tickets, etc.
• Seek out opportunities to answer questions and equip Adobe workers supporting external customers and prospects and who have questions about new or early access features or roadmap items related to work mgt (WF, WF MCP, CX Coworker and other evolving work mgt solutions), given your knowledge.
•Develop and execute adoption strategies for new work management capabilities, establishing appropriate adoption and engagement goals, defining success measures, and tracking business outcomes such as efficiency gains, user adoption, and realized value.
• Seek out opportunities to promote Adobe’s usage as Customer Zero of Workfront, WF MCP or CX Coworker, such as demoing or speaking in Adobe webinars (internal or customer facing), blog posts, etc.
• Work with cross-functional partners to drive consensus across teams and advocate solutions that balance the needs of our users with our business goals.
Additionally, Consultant will provide non-billable key personnel(s), (“Delivery Team”) as part of managed delivery governance model to support the Consultant personnel.
