Job description

We are hiring Systems Administrator for an opportunity with a growing, boutique MSP in Plant City, FL. This is a fully remote, hands-on, client-facing role where youโ€™ll work directly with clients across a variety of Microsoft environments, with a clear opportunity to grow into a Systems Engineer.


Responsibilities

  • Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure Environments
  • Administer SCCM/Intune, Endpoints, User Accounts, and Access Controls
  • Support SQL Databases and Troubleshoot SQL-Related Systems
  • Provide Remote Technical Support and Resolve Client Tickets
  • Work Directly With Clients to Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues
  • Deploy, Maintain, and Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and Azure Environments
  • Grow Into a Systems Engineer Role with Increased Technical Responsibility


Qualifications

  • 3+ Years Of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Experience
  • Strong Windows Server and Active Directory Experience
  • Microsoft 365/O365 and Azure Experience
  • SCCM/Intune Experience
  • SQL/Database Experience Strongly Preferred
  • Managed Service Provider Experience Preferred
  • Strong Remote Troubleshooting and Ticket Resolution Skills
  • Strong Client-Facing Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Microsoft Certifications Preferred, But Not Required
  • Ability to Work Independently in a Remote Environment
