A Day in the Life:

The Senior Product Owner will lead strategic management, configuration, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion platforms across all marketing groups. Ensure the platform evolves with user needs and aligns with the broader Marketing Technology (MarTech) roadmap. Lead the Workfront System Admin team, own the platform backlog and roadmap, and represent Workfront in the MarTech Steering Committee (SteerCo).

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Drive Workfront updates that impact more than one team, involve centrally managed objects, or are requested by executive stakeholders.
  • Own the Workfront product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing strategic initiatives, optimizations, and fixes based on business impact and effort.
  • Lead the Workfront System Admin team and represent the platform in the quarterly MarTech Steering Committee (SteerCo).
  • Govern metadata taxonomy, data quality, and overall platform hygiene across all Workfront groups.
  • Onboard new teams onto Workfront, including discovery, configuration, training plan development, and adoption tracking.
  • Optimize Workfront configuration and enable new platform capabilities aligned with the Subject Matter Expert (SME) needs of marketing partners.
  • Communicate system-level updates through monthly and quarterly system update communications to all users.
  • Partner with the Fusion Lead to define integration priorities between Workfront and connected systems including Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Orange Logic Digital Asset Management (DAM) and any other integrations.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for Group Admins, Information Technology (IT) partners, and Marketing leads.
  • Monitor Adobe Workfront release notes and serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) with the Adobe Customer Success and Help Support teams.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing Operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Adobe Workfront administration, including system configuration, group management, and request queues
  • 5+ years of experience in leading a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) work management or marketing operations platform, including managing a backlog and stakeholder roadmap
  • Proficient with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, and Orange Logic Digital Asset Management (DAM) a plus.
  • Adobe Workfront Administrator certification preferred; Adobe Workfront Fusion certification a plus.
