Premier Workforce is seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative to help grow our dental staffing division throughout Indiana.This position is ideal for a recent college graduate or an individual looking to start a career in sales, recruiting, account management, or healthcare staffing.Responsibilities

  • Visit dental offices and dental clinics throughout your assigned territory
  • Introduce Premier Workforce's staffing and recruiting services
  • Build relationships with dentists, office managers, practice administrators, and hiring managers
  • Identify current and upcoming hiring needs
  • Discuss staffing solutions for Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Front Desk, Billing, and Office Management positions
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with decision makers
  • Maintain records of customer visits and sales activities
  • Follow up with prospective clients and existing accounts
  • Represent Premier Workforce at dental meetings, networking events, and industry functions
