Essential Duties
- Lead instructional sessions covering foundational and intermediate data analytics concepts, including data cleaning, analysis, and visualization. Guide learners in the use of industry-standard tools such as spreadsheets, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python, as applicable to the program
- Facilitate open lab sessions by providing coaching, troubleshooting assistance, and individualized learner support
- Foster an engaging learning environment that supports all adult learners.
- Provide timely feedback, coaching, and progress support to learners.
- Track learner participation and progress in alignment with program requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Two (2) or more years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Working experience with SQL and at least one analytics or data visualization tool (e.g., R, Python, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and learner support skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting workforce development, noncredit, or short-term credential programs
