Now Hiring: Core Systems Workflow Specialist

We're seeking a Core Systems Workflow Specialist, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System.  The ideal candidate will have prior experience with banking core systems.   This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Contribute:

Workflow Design & Optimization

  • Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
  • Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
  • Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.

Core Administration Support

  • Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
  • Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
  • Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
  • Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred.
  • Experience with Finastra's Decision Pro preferred.

The Work Environment:
