Now Hiring: Core Systems Workflow Specialist
We're seeking a Core Systems Workflow Specialist, you'll lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide workflows on the Jack Henry Silverlake Core System. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with banking core systems.  This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Contribute:
Workflow Design & Optimization
- Lead the development and deployment of automated workflows across departments using tools such as JHA Enterprise Workflow.
- Collaborate with business units to map current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable automation solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on workflow best practices and governance.
- Develop documentation and training materials for all automated processes including flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Core Administration Support
- Partner with the Core Banking Systems Administrator on managing core changes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for workflow automation within the Jack Henry & Associates ecosystem.
- Work closely with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to ensure workflows meet regulatory and business requirements.

What Makes a Stand-Out Candidate:
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or 3+ years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis.
- Proven experience with workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with core banking systems (preferably Jack Henry Silverlake) preferred.
- Experience with Finastra's Decision Pro preferred.

The Work Environment:
- Remote role within the United States; Eastern Standard Hours.
- Occasional U.S. travel for company events.
